Non English factions have English voices

- sorry, new videos are italians only, no (easy) way to make them english
- you are using the translation from the TWCenter right? You should ask there, we don't work on translations
- you can start at any date, just open descr_strat of the campaign you want to play (BellumCrucis6\data\world\maps\campaign\custom...) and change the "start_date", but remember that all game-features (characters' age, historic events, etc.) will refer to 1155 as starting date (so if you start from 1300, mongols invasion will happen around 1400)
