ry these things.
1) Make sure you have default or low-res vegetation set in the launcher
2) Try setting video settings in game as follows:
Antialiasing off
Unit detail high
Vegetation medium
Unit shaders on
If you still are getting CTDs, post your problem in this subforum.
If this has fixed it, try increasing vegetation back to high in the video settings (but not in the launcher)
