Permission to use units

Hello BC Team,

A modder from Total War Center contacted me asking me to help him with a request. Here is his message:

"hi i used 8-9 units from bellum crucis 5.1 for my mod project.i wanna release it here in twc but i need to have permission from the bc team.can u please help me?"

His 'name' is Karaislam and I don't know what his mod project is but he wants to ask permission to use some units from BC. Can you direct me as to what answer to give him? Do I tell him to come here and make his request or to send a private message to someone?
